This Wednesday, we are running a local, unique monthly womens group exploring creative avenues of personal development, run by women in mental health and counselling. 🌅
We created it as a supportive outlet for local women wanting a little time out for themselves, time for reconnection with self and others, in a place they can let their hair down with creative fun. 💓
It is held at The Horselife Centre in Eumundi and will include activities with the horses in some sessions. We will be running these workshops on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
