All Students are taught in a safe and friendly environment by Qualified Teachers. Students are encouraged to achieve their best, whilst still enjoying their classes. Teachers aim to keep dance classes fun as well as maintaining discipline and respect throughout. Yearly Examinations are offered to all students from 8 years of age in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, & Contemporary, through Australian Teachers of
Dancing (A.T.O.D.) Syllabus. Whilst examinations are not compulsory students are encouraged to sit exams, to achieve a higher standard of dancing, a greater understanding of their genre and to obtain a sense of achievement. We have had 100% Pass rate, and many high results reflecting the efforts by both students and teachers with preparation and technique. The School holds an Annual Concert towards the end of the year at Laycock Street Theatre. The concert involves all students from all grades over two nights and is the highlight of the School year. Eisteddfod representation is offered to those students who show dedication and devotion in class, and who have the technical ability to maintain the standard required. Representation can either be group or solo work.
