Our Silkie Chicks have grown so much now. We have raised them since they were 4 days old and they are so gentle with us following us around like we are mother hen. The children love to help care for them every morning.

Meet the newest members of Tracy’s family day care - 6 day old Silkie chicks. We can’t wait to watch you grow, and eventually welcome you to our outdoor environment. We are all a little bit in love ❤️

With an abundance of Lavendar, Rosemary, Mint and Parsley growing in our veggie garden, it was a sensory delight for the children to add to the the water play. Stirring, scooping, pouring, and smelling the lovely fragrant soup they had made.

Loose parts play - materials that can be moved, carried, combined, redesigned, lined up and taken apart and put back together in multiple ways.

Today the loose parts were sorted and arranged to create a rainforest. I love the concentration and imagination that has gone into this creative design.
