Dear Maroney Swim Team Swimmers and Families

April School Holiday Timetable commencing Tuesday 7th April and finish Friday 18th April
(note NO SATURDAY TRAINING)

MORNINGS / Monday to Friday
Senior Competitive Squad 5:30-7am
Junior Competitive Squads & Fitness 7-8am
Mini Squad 7-8am
AFTERNOONS/ Monday to Friday
Senior Competitive Squad 4-5:30pm
Junior Blue 4-5:30pm
Junior White and Gold 4-5pm
Mini Squad 4-5pm

Holiday Training & Payment Policy:
Please note that squad payments continue as usual throughout the school holiday period for all squads.

We understand that school holidays are a busy time for families, which is why we offer a high level of flexibility during the break. All squads will have sessions available daily, and we encourage families to take advantage of the sessions to ensure swimmers stay consistent with their training.

Guidelines for Holiday Sessions:
Mini Squad, Junior White, & Junior Gold: 1-hour sessions.
Senior Competitive & Junior Blue : 1.5-hour sessions.

Families are welcome to attend any of the scheduled daily sessions for their level, provided they stay within their enrolled number and duration of weekly sessions.

Transition / Lane 9 Exceptions:
If your swimmer is currently in Transition/Lane 9, regular squad fees do not apply during the holidays. Instead, these swimmers may attend on a casual pay-as-you-go basis.

If you are unsure which group your swimmer is currently placed in or what their time allocation is, please check with the front desk for confirmation.

🏊‍♂️✨Just a reminder that ALL squads return on Monday, 5th January, under a modified holiday timetable. We know flexibility is key during the school break, so we’ve designed this schedule to help you balance family time with training.✨

📅 Holiday Timetable (Monday – Friday)
🏊‍♂️Senior Competitive/ 5:30am – 7:30am/ 3:30pm – 6:00pm
🏊‍♂️Junior Blue/ 5:30am – 7:00am/ 4:00pm – 5:00pm
🏊‍♂️Junior Gold/ 6:00am – 7:00am/ 4:00pm – 5:00pm
🏊‍♂️Junior White/ 6:00am – 7:00am/ 4:00pm – 5:00pm
🏊‍♂️Mini Squad/ 7:00am – 8:00am/ 4:00pm – 5:00pm

💡 How It Works:
✅Flexible Attendance: At Maroney Swim Team, we understand that holidays are important, but so is staying prepared for the Term 1 school carnivals!

✅Total Sessions: Your attendance is based on the number of sessions you pay for per week, rather than specific days.

✅Pick Your Days: Your swimmer can attend on whichever days work best for your holiday schedule.

✅Accountability: Coaches will continue to keep a roll to track attendance and progress.

✅Extra Training: If you’d like to add extra sessions beyond your usual plan, you can pay for a casual lesson at the reception desk.

📍Note: We will return to our normal programmed days and times on Monday, 27th January.
