Sorry for the late post. A reminder for those who trained on Thursday, to bring your hand protectors. Also today we will be going over breaking techniques, even if it isn't a requirement for your up coming grading, which is early April. So see you there at 4pm.

The last grading for the year saw the following promotions Jaxon & Jack to 8th gup, Mason & Lucas to 7th gup. Kody Boland successfully graded for his 2nd Degree Black Belt. Well done to everyone. Just remember there is still one more training session on Thursday and then the end of year party on Sunday from 2pm.

This is just a reminder to all students that you should endeavour to be at training around 15mins to half an hour before classes start. It is part of Taekwon-Do Etiquette, so classes can start on time. When you arrive at the Do-jang you should try to practice your patterns or do some stretching.

Just to remind all Black Belts, that each year Grandmaster Moore runs two Black Belt Training Camps. Attending these camps is part of the training requirements for your next grading so you should be trying to attend these.
The first camp for this years is from Friday 6th June to Sunday 8th June.
If we can get all of our Black Belts to this camp it would be a great achievement for the Emu Park Dojang. Kody & Alec, if you need to have one your parents attend the camp with you they are welcome to do so.
