Welcome to the St Brigid's Catholic Primary School page. St Brigid's is located in Emerald, Central Queensland. Opened in 2014 our St Brigid's is part of the Rockhampton Diocese of Catholic Education. Our school embraces the charism of St Brigid of Kildare shown through our motto "Gentleness and Strength". We offer a catholic education to students from Prep to Year 6.

The costumes were spectacular, but the true magic lies in the love of reading. At the heart of it all is Mrs Strong — our maestro and our conductor — whose passion for books and belief in the power of reading keep our school’s symphony playing in perfect harmony.

A heartfelt thank‑you to the parents who support their children’s love of stories and who joined us at today’s parade. Your support helps our young readers grow in confidence, creativity, and joy.
