I have started PicKard life coaching after some significant events in my life which lead me down a path that felt like there was no help and I really believed i was alone. I had hit rock bottom after giving up on life, I was living at the effects of decisions I had made years back but had forgotten all about them. There was a last attempt I made at giving life one mo
re go, I started to see a life coach and I didn't know at the time what techniques were be used and what it was however giving my 100%effort into removing my problems in self worthlessness, hate, and motivation I was then propelled in a direction to share my experience to help other get out of that rutt or rabbit hole. Since seeing my coach I found the techniques were based on Neuro Linguistic Programming. Learning the skills myself I could then apply the techniques to what ever presenting problem I then got in life which is great to have, just like a tool set and the knowledge on how to fix your car if it broke down I had the tools and knowledge to fix whatever problem came to me but even better to maintain my focus. There was a few years I lived in solitude away from people however that only taught me the importance of connecting with others, I know it's difficult to explain how it feels when your in "it" but being there myself and experience "it" and then acquiring the tools and skills to get myself out of "it" and go where I want to go and be who I want to be, no excuses, only action.
