Excited/Sad to announce that the Melbourne workshop is now full, but if you'd like to join us for an experiential workshop combining Somatic IFS & 5Rhythms in Australia, Perth is the place on 5/6 December
Hope to see you there!

This workshop brings together the 2 bodies of work that have brought me the most healing, joy and connection to my true voice. It's a tremendous honour to bring them all the way back to Australia where my 5Rhythms teaching journey AND my IFS therapy journey began.
There are 5 spaces left- I hope to meet you, ALL of you, on the dance floor

This boy makes my heart explode with hope for the future of men. He is so kind and so thoughtful and so wise and emotionally intelligent...He asked for his 13th birthday that instead of birthday presents we donate the money to a charity that helps people who are unhoused.
Learning how to show up as a single mother to him as he approaches puberty has been a HUGE growth edge for me, and requires so much compassion for myself each time I "get it wrong".... 💔❤️

Most of us have been taught to mistrust the body and over-rely on the mind.

5Rhythms offers another possibility: that movement itself can become a form of meditation, release, prayer, seeking clarity and coming home to ourselves.

After teaching this work internationally for many years, it feels incredibly special to begin building a community for it here in Ann Arbor. ❤️

"Dancing chaos is the survival art of our time"
-Gabrielle Roth

I've missed teaching a regular 5Rhythms class since I moved back to the US! This coming Saturday 30th May I'll run my first Intro to 5Rhythms Class at A2 Yoga in Ann Arbor. I hope to introduce this amazing practice to many....

After 10 years of teaching 5Rhythms in Melbourne Australia, I've finally found a way to bring it to the place where I grew up. Come dip your toes into this amazing practice, and free up some real estate in your body/mind! Booking details in my bio❤️
