In response to student requests, we have changed our May Intermediate cookery course to Mediterranean Masterclass.

The 4 weekly cooking course will teach you the art of home cooking the Mediterranean way. Each week our 3 hour fun, hands-on group classes will focus on one key element of the Mediterranean diet.

This will be our final cookery course before Elizabeth takes her 3 months break to Italy from the end of May to mid August.

Feeling very excited to welcome our new Autumn Beginners and Intermediate cookery students! Lots of new energy and anticipation for all the delicious dishes and new cooking skills they will be learning.

We still have a few spots left for our beginners and intermediate classes so call me if you want to book!

School is closed for Easter Monday week and back the week of 17 April. Our Beginners classes are Tuesday 11-2pm and Thursday 6:30-9:30pm . Intermediate classes are Monday 11-2pm and Wednesday 6:30-9:30pm.

Grab the last 3 spots available in our two Autumn Beginners cookery course. We have one course starting Tuesday 4th April and the other starting Thursday 6th April. Our beginners cookery course is designed to build your cooking skills and kitchen confidence gradually over the 6 week program. Each week we have a fun, interactive 3 hour group class where we learn new skills, techniques and variety of simple, colourful, delicious recipes you can easily recreate at home.

It’s been such a delight teaching, cooking and seeing you develop your kitchen confidence.

Our next beginners course starts beginning of April. Compared to other one-off classes, the 6 weekly classes build on your kitchen skills, cooking techniques and recipe repertoire over time. Check out the bio link for more details.
