Based on the Circle of Security framework I can be there to guide you with your own emotions and triggers as you guide your children through theirs.

Adulting is hard! Parenting is hard. Sometimes we just need someone to be there for us...I want to be that person for you xx

Education and Care Services and Educators, how can we support you?

We specialise in delivering training and support regarding anything that fits within the National Quality Framework.

We deliver team training on a range of topics including compliance, creating engaging environments, supporting children's behaviour, teamwork, leadership, planning/documentation, Child protection, supervision and more!

We support services with QIP writing, policy development, leadership and best practice.

Sometimes we mentor or just listen to leaders and educators and support them in their role.

Through parenting and being an educator I lost myself for a while. I was so busy caring for others, I forgot about me.

Understanding love languages, how people feel and express love and care, can help us connect with others and build stronger professional and personal relationships.

Words of Affirmation: verbal expressions of appreciation, encouragement and care.

Quality Time: Undivided attention, regular time together, shared interests, presence.

Receiving Gifts: Thoughtful/meaningful gifts that represent appreciation, affection or acknowledgement.

Acts of Service: Doing tasks that remove the burden from someone else. Kindness.

Physical Touch: Hugs, pat of the back, emotional safety and physical closeness. (Focusing on non sexual touch here)
