Workshop focus:

• Tinskis

• Bendback Kickovers

• Front Handsprings + variations

Prerequisites:

✅ Bendback and up

✅ Handstand kick up

🥨 Contortion (5:00 - 5:45)

Explore beautiful bendy poses, contortion skills and flexibility-based tricks in a safe and supportive environment.

🤝 Partner Tricks (5:45–6:30)

Learn exciting duo, trio and group balancing tricks, lifts and partner acrobatics while working together as a team.

🤸 Advanced Tumbling (6:30-7:30)

Workshop focus:

• Back Handsprings

• Braunies (Side Aerials)

• Standing Tucks

• Round Off → Back Handspring → Tuck

• Front Walkovers (front aerials)

Prerequisites:

✅ Front Handspring

✅ Tinski

✅ Bendback Kick Over

Well… that’s a wrap on another incredible term! 💙🌈

As we close the studio doors for a well-deserved break, we just want to say thank you.

Thank you to every dancer who walked through our doors with a smile, gave their best in every class, and continued to grow in confidence, friendships and their love of dance.
Thank you to our amazing families for every lift to class, every encouraging word, every costume, every late pick-up, and for being such an important part of our NLDA family.

This term has been filled with so many special moments, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything our dancers have achieved.

Now it’s time to rest, recharge, spend time with your loved ones and enjoy the holidays… because Term 3 is going to be something truly special! ✨

We have exciting new choreography, competitions, workshops, big goals to chase, and so many unforgettable moments waiting for us. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back with fresh energy and excitement as we continue building something amazing together.

Enjoy every moment of your break, stay safe, keep dancing around the lounge room (we know you will! 😉), and we’ll see all of our beautiful dancers back in the studio on Monday, 20th July.
