These are not roles where you sit behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.

We’re looking for RTO / ACAP pros who know the apprenticeship and traineeship business, understand employers, know how the industry works and love getting out there and making things happen.

Experience in the apprenticeship and vocational training industry is essential.

Ideally, you’ll have:

✅ Proven sales / business development experience within an RTO or the VET sector, OR
✅ Solid experience working with an ACAP / Apprenticeship Support Provider

You already understand apprenticeships and traineeships. You know employers. You understand the VET landscape. And most importantly, you know how to turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into long-term business relationships.

If you’re energetic, organised, accountable, commercially minded and want a role where you can genuinely own your patch and make an impact, this could be a fantastic move.

This isn’t a classroom-bound role.

At Axial, our trainers spend their time out in industry, working with apprentices and employers in the real world.

You’ll visit workplaces, assess practical skills, support apprentices through their training and help employers develop quality tradespeople.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We want to hear from experienced tradespeople with qualifications and strong industry experience in:

✅ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
and/or
✅ Appliance Services

Ideally, you’ll also have:

✅ Refrigerant Handling Licence
✅ Restricted Electrical Licence
✅ Current industry knowledge and hands-on experience
✅ A genuine interest in mentoring apprentices

Already hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment? Great.

Don’t have your TAE yet but think you’d make a brilliant trainer? We still want to hear from you.
