At Juniors Journey, Our philosophy is at the heart of everything we do.

It reflects who we are, what we value and our commitment to providing meaningful learning experiences for every child. 🌱

Our wonderful team recently came together to collaborate, reflect and share ideas as we worked on refreshing our Centre philosophy.

We explored our values and vision, discussed what is important to us as educators, and reflected on how we can continue to create an environment where every child feels valued, supported, confident and empowered💫

To celebrate National Science Week all the children have been conducting many different experiments throughout the week.

There have been many conversations about what they think might happen, why it happens and what they could do differently to get different results. We have also had so much fun watching thing move, change colour and even explode.

Exploring Science is a great way for children to further develop their curiosity as they ask questions, test ideas, and solve everyday problems.

Throughout July the preschool children have been involved in many different learning experiences that continue to build their confidence, independence and readiness for school.

The children focused on learning about emotions and recognising different emotions.

Further developing their self-help skills by serving at mealtimes and caring for their belongings.

They also explored early literacy and name recognition by using name cards throughout the day.
