Our favourite time of year at Little Heroes FDC, is our end of year Christmas Party. The children have also enjoyed all the Grinch treats we have been making through the week. We also had 2 very cheeky Elves and a Mr Grinch, who decided they wanted to join in on the party this morning. 🎄

Little Heroes FDC is taking on New Enrolments and has spots Available starting in January 2025.

Also have limited spots available for those families needing vacation care for your school age children. (December and January)

Located in Edens Landing.

Open from 6am to 6pm for those families who start early and finish late with no extra charge. (Charged only standard hours no non standard hours charged)

What an amazing year we have had at Little Heroes FDC. Our Little Heroes love halloween. But now it’s time to celebrate Christmas and create our presents for our families.

Day 2 of our cheeky Elves getting up to mischief. Today they got stuck in the toilet roll snowman. Both elves made such a mess. When the children woke up from their rest they could not believe the mess they made.

Happy 1st of December. At Little Heroes FDC we are looking forward to the Christmas month and all the joy it brings. We have had our favourite little friends return again this year. The children are looking forward to seeing what mischief they both get up to.

We had another great day of vacation care. Today we did box construction. First we set up our recycled items, then we set up the glue, paint, sticky tape and brushes. The children had drawn up a plan the day before. So they grabbed out their plans and it was time to get creative. It was such great fun watching and helping them create their masterpieces. Once they finished making their masterpiece, they all made their own pizzas for lunch. We also did a stem structure building challenge. We used Jubes and toothpicks to create our structures. Such a great way to end the day. 🙂

What a great way to start the school holidays. We started the day by making play dough and gloup. The schoolies did such a great job helping set up outside. We decided to cut up some lemons that we picked from the lemon tree. We then added them to the sensory tubs and added water. Everyone had so much fun exploring each sensory activity.

Today was World Ocean Day!!
The children learnt about the importance of making sure we put our rubbish in the bin, so that it doesn’t end up in the ocean and make the animals sick. We used nets to scoop the rubbish out of ocean and placed it into the bin. We also made coloured pasta and coloured rice, which we then added to the sensory tubs. Along with some shells, sea animals and a boat. The children loved using the scoop and tongs to move the pasta and rice around. Once we finished with the sensory activities we sat down on the mat and enjoyed reading some books about sea animals.
