July was a bit of a weird one! We had plenty of people off enjoying holidays ☀️✈️, while sickness seemed to be doing the rounds through the community… and decided our team needed a turn too 🤒😂

It definitely made staying on track a little trickier, but we pushed through and got there in the end! 🙌🏽🥳

We’re also running a little behind with our July winner pics — clearly July wasn’t finished messing with us 😂 — BUT the exciting part is there are only TWO WEEKS TO GO until the BIG prizes are announced! 😎🥳🙌🏽

Most importantly, a massive THANK YOU to every single one of you who has kept showing up and staying consistent through winter. 🥶💪🏽

With holidays, sickness, cold mornings and all the usual winter excuses trying their best… you guys have kept putting in the work. And seeing that motivates us to keep lifting our game too. 🫶🏽💪🏽🫵🏽

Lynds is finally back after being knocked around like many of us have! — just in time for a little reset over the weekend💫

Saturday’s classes are cancelled this week, but we’re back to normal next week. If you’re keen to work on your strength, posture, balance and confidence this week, make sure you book in today or Thursday — they’re your only chances this week. Thanks again for all being so supportive and understanding over the past couple of weeks! 🙏🏽🙌🏼 it’s made things so much easier ☺️

We need to update everyone on Tuesdays classes this week! 📆
Unfortunately Lynds won’t be able to make any Tuesday classes, both Aqua or Pilates due to an unavoidable priority family medical appointment……..
However, we have still managed to put three arvo classes for Pilates on with our other legend instructor Harriet jumping in 🙌🏽
Please check the schedule ☝🏽 but we have the following sessions now….

With the first month of our winter 🥶rewards challenge down we are so excited to see the enthusiasm that you all have shown 🙏🏽 the boards are getting a big workout and to keep that momentum going we decided to do small monthly rewards too 😝

🏆 💦 A big congrats to Lin and Nancy (who we don’t have a pic of yet 🫣) for a tie in the most attendance for AQUAFIT for June!

🏆 🧑🏽‍🩰Another big congrats to Anne for the most show up’s for gentle strength!

🏆 💃🏻 Last but by no means least is Polly who was the superstar shining through in Reformer 🙌🏽

Enjoy the small gifts ladies and also a big shout out to Fig Cafe and Bar for organising some vouchers for us 🙏🏽
