Echuca Bellas We are a vibrant choir of women who love to sing and create beautiful harmonies. Based in Echuca, we practice every Monday 7pm. No auditions. Come sing with us.

If you love familiar tunes or discovering new music, there is a place for you in the Bellas! Our Goals
- To provide a safe, welcoming environment
- To have fun and to sing for the joy of it.
- To challenge the choir to improve the standard of singing.
- To perform as regularly as we can

About the Choir

Echuca Bellas ( formally Bella A’Capella) is an all-female community choir that has been in existence for approximately 30 years. Bella currently consists of approximately 25 members who bring a wide range of skills and interests to the group. We are an incorporated organisation and have a management committee which overseas the organisational aspects of the choir. We love to sing a wide variety of music, mostly in 3 part harmonies. (Soprano, Alto, Tenor)

No audition is necessary to join the group as this is the community choir. Prospective members are very welcome to attend several practises before making a decision to join . Members are not required to be able to read music . Audio files and sheet music are provided . Sometimes songs are taught by ear. We perform publicly a few times a year for a range of reasons . We provide music for special occasions ie Christmas activities, Fundraisers for organisations, Aged Care performances. We welcome inquiries from any interested female singers.

It may seem that Australia Day 2027 is a way off yet but applications are open today for the four categories listed on the poster.

Do you know someone or an organisation that works tirelessly in our local community with little recognition? Now is the chance to acknowledge their efforts by nominating them for an Australia Day Award.

There are only 9 weeks before nominations close so make someone’s day and nominate them for one of the categories .

It’s Try A Choir Week

Echuca Bellas invite you to join us for a chance to experience singing with a group of women. No experience is required, nor is the ability to read music.
Come along, try us out and have some fun in the process…no pressure if it isn’t your thing!

We meet on Mondays 7pm at the Echuca Federal Band Hall in High St ( opposite The Johnny and Lyle cafe) .

Bella is back again after a short winter hibernation. On Monday night Aug 3rd , 7pm at the Echuca Band Hall in High St, we will be warming up our voices and looking forward to doing what we do best….creating beautiful singing harmonies.
Any interested community members are always welcome to come and check us out. Singing is so good for the soul.

We had a very enjoyable time at the Bunnings BBQ today and wish to thank all the local people who came and supported our efforts. The cold weather made for hungry tummies and we did our best to keep those sausages coming! Many thanks to the Bella volunteers who made the day together so enjoyable.
