💛 National Child Protection Week - 6th–12th September
As part of National Child Protection Week, we will be continuing important conversations with the children about body safety, personal space, kindness, boundaries and respectful relationships.
Through everyday conversations, stories, role modelling and group experiences, we will support children to understand that their body belongs to them, that it is okay to say “No” or “Stop”, and that they can always talk to a trusted adult if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Creating a child-safe environment is an ongoing commitment. Together, we want every child to feel safe, heard, respected and confident to speak up.
We encourage families to continue these important conversations at home and help us strengthen a shared culture of child safety and wellbeing. 💛
