💙 Father’s Day Stall 💙

What a wonderful day at our Father’s Day Stall! 😍

A big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day such a success. It was lovely seeing the students excitedly choosing something special for their dads, grandads and special people. 🥰

We were also so grateful for the generous donations towards our wrapping station. 🎁 It was wonderful to see it being so well utilised throughout the day, with our volunteers wrapping up all the special gifts for the students to take home.

We really appreciate everyone who donated, volunteered and supported the stall 💙

Wishing all the dads and special father figures a very happy Father’s Day 🎉

Our Father’s Day stall is on tomorrow - we look forward to helping your children pick out something special for the important men in their lives 💙 don’t forget we also have gift wrapping available this year for a gold coin donation, so make sure to send your kids over to the gift wrap station table after they’ve picked out their presents 🎁

🍣 Japanese Cultural Day – Sushi Volunteers Needed! 🇯🇵

For Japanese Cultural Day, the kids have the option to order sushi for lunch! 🍱

BUT… for the sushi order to go ahead, Miss Paula needs 4 volunteers to help at the canteen on the day with packing the orders and delivering them to classrooms.

📅 Wednesday 16 September
⏰ From around 10:30am for a few hours (exact time to be confirmed)

If we don’t have 4 people locked in by Friday 4 September, unfortunately the sushi option won’t go ahead and they won’t open orders. 😭

If you’re able to spare a few hours on the day and help make the sushi happen for the kids, please comment below or message us! ❤️

It would be such a shame to miss out simply because we can’t get 4 helpers! 🍣🇯🇵

Father’s Day Stall Helpers Needed!

We’re looking for a few extra helpers from our school community to help us run the Father’s Day Stall next week

Tuesday:
🕑 2pm – Set up in the hall

Wednesday – Stall Day:
🌅 8:15–8:45am – Selling
☀️ Recess 10:45–11:15am – Selling
🍎 Lunch 1–2pm – Selling
🧹 2–2:30pm – Pack up

If you can spare any time, we’d really appreciate your help!

And if you’re helping with the morning shift, you’re welcome to bring the kids along as well.

👕👖During the Open Day afternoon tomorrow, there will be a variety of free items in the hall from the Uniform Shop for families to browse and take home as desired.
The lost property items will also be placed in the hall for families to go through and collect any items which have wound up in the lost property box.

This area will be unattended during the open day afternoon, please leave the area clean and respectful for other families to browse through.

Hi families, we are seeking donations of any gift wrapping, gift bags, tissue paper or other gift-wrapping supplies that we could use at our Father’s Day Stall next week. If you have anything spare, please drop it into the canteen by Friday. It would be a huge help so we can offer this to the students during the stall. 💙 Thank you! 🎁

🌟 Working together for our kids! 🌟

This weekend, some of our P&C members had the opportunity to attend the WACSSO Conference — a great chance to learn, connect with other P&Cs and schools from all over WA, and build our knowledge around how we can best support and advocate for our students and our school community. 💙

We’re looking forward to bringing some of those ideas back to our school and continuing to find ways our P&C can make a positive difference for our kids. 🥰

Our next P&C meeting is tomorrow at 5pm, and everyone in our school community is welcome! If you have an idea, suggestion, concern or something you’d love to see happen at our school, come along and have a chat with us.

Can’t make the meeting? No problem! You can always reach out to a P&C parent you know, message us or comment below to pass on your thoughts or ideas, and we can make sure they’re heard. 💬

You don’t need to be a regular P&C member to have a say — we’d love to hear from you! 💙

We’re getting ready to help our EPS students find the perfect little gift for the special dads, grandads and father figures in their lives! 🎁

🗓️ Wednesday 2 September 2026
📍 Eaton Primary School Hall
⏰ 8:15am, Recess & Lunch
💰 Gifts from just $1–$15
💵 Cash only

There’ll be lots of fun gifts to choose from, with something for every budget! The kids love having the chance to choose a surprise themselves — and we love seeing all the excitement on their faces. 🥰

So don’t forget to send the kids along with a little cash on Wednesday!

🎁 NEW THIS YEAR — GIFTING STATION! 🎁

Want to keep the surprise extra special? 🤫 Make their Father’s Day present ready to give! ❤️

Once the kids have chosen their special gift, they can add a gift bag and tissue paper for $2. We’ll also have Father’s Day cards for $1, so they can take home a present that’s all ready for Dad on Father’s Day! 🤫💙

Limited gift bags available.

🎀 CAN YOU HELP US STOCK OUR GIFTING STATION?

We’d love donations of gift bags, tissue paper, wrapping paper, ribbon, stickers or other gift-wrapping supplies that you may have at home and no longer need.

If you have any new or clean, unused supplies you’d like to donate, we’d be so grateful! 💙

📍 Donations can be dropped at the school canteen by Friday 28th August.
