Davies Family Daycare Millbridge / Eaton My family daycare is a unique home based childcare for families that wish for more personalisation My name is Alicia. I run family daycare from my family home.

I am a qualified Educator & have all the appropriate certificates including, but not limited to; Education Assistant, Community Services, Senior 1st aid training & Asthma training. I love attending new workshop, self development seminars, that are provided throughout the year that are appropriate for early childhood. These are a great benefit for both myself professionally & the children that do a

ttend. I also had the luxury of the attending the most recent Family Daycare Australia's National Conference in Hobart in 2022. I have many years experience in providing "family daycare" operating in Millbridge/Eaton & remotely in Karratha WA. I have also worked within the Education Department & Catholic Education for several years in Kindy & Pre-Primary classrooms. I have always enjoyed providing my services to families that have wanted to use a home-based setting for a more personalised childcare experience. I provide a fantastic learning environment that changes to suit appropriate age groups & their needs & abilities. I can be flexible to help provide more unique & personalised services that can better suit my daycare families. I generally only accept 4 children per day to provide only a small group excluding in school holidays & for before/afterschool children. Normal core opening hours:

7am to 5pm, Monday through to Friday for FULL DAY children. Before School care 5.30am+
Afterschool 230pm+

Schools that I currently do offer for Before & Afterschool care for but are not limited to are;

Glenhuon PS, Eaton PS, LCPS, Kingston PS, Treendale PS & Our Lady of Mercy College. Other primary schools are by negotiation. I am negotiable with times for all children and often start my day from 530am to help suit before and afterschool students and full day children to allow parents to start &/or finish work outside core hours. 1/2 day sessions & alternating days are not offered. Davies Family Daycare generally only accepts enrolments for children that are aged from approx. 12 months to 13 years old. I am licensed 24/7 to offer negotiated hours & casual care to families that may require occasional casual care for out of core hours including weekends, public holidays, late nights & early mornings & over night care. Full day session: (7am to 5pm) $118 (Childcare Subsidy does reduces this rate)

Saturday, Sunday & Overnights: $$ TBA on request. Davies Family Daycare does accept government entitlements to all families that are entitled & eligible for Child Care Subsidy. Special circumstances childcare subsidy can be also used if eligible. Child Care Subsidy is income tested. Once applied for & approved, families will be given a percentage of entitlement of the full fee. Apply through The Centrelink/MyGov website: Most families may be entitled & eligible to receive. Davies Family Daycare requires your out of pocket (Gap) payments to be paid weekly via direct debit only. Families are to provide their own child's daily "Yumbox" lunch boxes each day. These are perfect for stacking in our FDC fridge & was implemented during covid. This also allows parents to get a completely accurate guide of how much their child did eat during each day & what they didn't eat. 🐢 Celebrate World Turtle Day with Us 🐢
On Tuesday 26 May, we’re inviting local beach walkers to help protect Bunbury’s coastline and its smallest, most vulnerable visitors.

We’re calling on you to keep an eye out for stranded marine turtle hatchlings and lend a hand by collecting litter along our shores. Every small action makes a big difference ♻️

Join us for a short, family-friendly community information session where you’ll learn how to make a real impact for our marine wildlife.

Together with the Dolphin Discovery Centre and Keep Australia Beautiful Council, we’ll cover:
🔹Staying safe at the beach
🔹What to do if you find a turtle hatchling
🔹How your efforts contribute to local, national and global data
🔹The impacts of plastic pollution on endangered marine turtles
🔹How to get involved in the Adopt a Spot program

Those who sign up to Adopt a Spot will receive a Clean Up Kit, including a Litter Grabber Pro to help keep our beaches pristine 🌊
