Eaton Community College is a comprehensive senior high school in the greater Bunbury region of Eaton. Offering curriculum choices for students from Year 7 to Year 12, the college works with families to ensure that students have educational opportunities that develop their potential. The college aims to address the emotional, social and intellectual needs specific to young adults. The environment p

romotes a feeling of self-worth and confidence in students while also provided a quality educational experience. The college site is adjacent to the Glen Huon Primary School and close to community facilities such as the shopping centre, Dardanup Shire Offices and a community oval, placing it in the heart of the Eaton Community. The site contains significant wetlands that form the focal point of the buildings, as well as spacious, well landscaped gardens and lawns that provide a beautiful and healthy environment for active, growing students. The college also shares two significant facilities with the Shire of Dardanup, the Eaton Community Library and the Eaton Recreation Centre, providing unrivalled facilities for our students. The college promotes an ethos of students taking responsibility for their educational experience and treats learners as young adults throughout this experience. The provision of specific common areas for our senior school students, with kitchen facilities that enable the students to enjoy their lunch breaks in a pleasant and peaceful environment is an example of the respect that students are afforded at the college. The College has a number of support staff available to work with students and staff, including a Chaplain, Community Health Nurse, School Psychologist and Student Services Manager. The Parents and Citizen’s Association, the Eaton Community College Board and the Student Leadership Group all actively contribute to the smooth running of the College. With state of the art facilities, excellent teachers and engaging education programs, students at Eaton Community College receive a high quality education that enables them to achieve their desired future.
