Marsden High School will be holding a second hand uniform sale in front of the school on Wednesday morning, 26th August 2026, from 8:15am to 9:00am.

Limited sizes available. Items for sale include pants, skirts, shorts, shirts, green woollen jumpers, black jackets and more. All items are priced at $5 each.

Get ready for M***i Day at Marsden High! 🎉

On Friday, 28 August (Week 6), students are encouraged to dress up for Book Week 2026’s theme: Symphony of Stories.

Wear costumes, band-related shirts, or come in regular m***i with a gold coin donation. Donations will be collected during the day.

🎭 Costume competition at lunchtime in the library with prizes for the best outfits!

Please remember:
-Enclosed footwear is required
-No offensive slogans or images
-Clothing must adequately cover the body (no exposed midriffs)

Students not following guidelines will be asked to change into school uniform. Let’s keep it fun, safe and respectful!

Marsden High dance students took centre stage at the iconic Sydney Opera House, dazzling the audience with their contemporary performance at “A World in Love,” hosted by the Neijing Golden Sail Arts Troupe as part of the China-Australia Culture and Arts Exchange 2026.

Their expressive choreography beautifully celebrated cultural unity, weaving together creativity, passion, and global friendship. Our students did more than perform, they inspired and connected, leaving a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to watch. Congratulations to our dancers for representing Marsden High with such brilliance and heart! 🌏💃✨

Marsden High School proudly took part in the James Martin Commemorative Walk for the fourth year during Public Education Week! Our students, staff and community walked 25.5km from the James Martin Statue in Martin Place, Sydney, to Parramatta Square, celebrating the legacy of public education and showing our ongoing commitment to learning for all.

We’re excited to celebrate 'Ganbold and the Magic Pie', a bilingual English-Mongolian picture book written and illustrated by Year 6 Mongolian students from Meadowbank—now Year 7 students at Marsden!

Their story follows two mischievous twins and their brother Ganbold on a magical quest for a runaway pie, inspired by their own culture and childhood tales.

Thanks to Rotary Club of Ryde for helping bring their creativity to life. The book can be found at local street libraries, and Ryde Library! 📚✨

The hall was alive with music, dance and culture as our students took to the stage for MarsFest 2026. Add in amazing food, refreshing treats and a lunchtime performance from FREAK, and it was the perfect way to celebrate the diversity that makes Marsden High School such a vibrant place to learn.

Big congratulations to Year 7 student Kobe.B, who is heading to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania this August!

After helping the Ryde Hawks Baseball League team claim the Australian Little League Championship, Kobe has earned the opportunity to represent Australia on the world stage against the best young baseball players from around the globe.
