Learning through play and conversation at Seedlings. Last week we read stories, baked, played and created to honour our ANZAC history. Homely vibes, beautiful play and the happiest of kids. We are so lucky with this crew! Space for another friend awaits, who will be the little soul that joins us.

Easter play at Seedlings today. I loved the extension of play as our Seedlings crew created their own carrots, inspired by their established play. The planting of carrots led to a farm shop, which I can assure you sold the best carrots in town.

Fairy offerings were created today by many eager little hands. Fingertips punched the tiny parcels of colour and moved them amongst delicately coloured pieces. Creating art, textural discoveries, sensory exploration and just a punch of magic.. 💜✨

We are still waiting for our next little friend to join our play, if it might be your little one, be it a half day or a full day. We are here.

Sunny days filled with water play. With a focus on flowers and herbs, we’ve discovered the structure of daisies, frangipanis and basil over the last few weeks.

We’ve also observed the ice melting, using its gentle colours to paint. Hiding flowers beneath cups, showcasing their inquisitive minds.

Learning through play is the best kind of way. 💜✨
