Geelong High School is hosting their Spring Music Concert Monday 31st August 2026. The Spring Music Concert is a celebration of the hard work, dedication, and talent of our Geelong High School instrumental music students.
This yearā€™s concert will feature performances from:
ā€¢ Senior Wind Ensemble,
ā€¢ Junior Wind Ensemble
ā€¢ Junior Guitar Ensemble
ā€¢ Woodwind Quartet
ā€¢ VCE Ensemble
As well as various small ensembles and soloists.

Congratulations to the cast and crew of Geelong High School's Hadestown: Teen Edition. With another sold out season, students once again were able to sing and dance their hearts out for packed audiences. Throughout this process, students grow not only in talent, but also in confidence, resilience, teamwork, patience, and an understanding that being your unique self is a truly beautiful thing. Ms. Kirk says: 'Working with you is the absolute highlight of my year. My favourite moment of the production is watching our audiences watch youā€”completely in awe. The intermediate boy's hockey team went out today to play in the Geelong finals after winning their division earlier in the week. Unfortunately, Belmont was too strong winning 2 - 0 although we did manage to hold them goalless in the first half. Good job to all players today and well-done representing Geelong High School in the finals!

Best players of the day were Isaac Sherwell, Jimmy Cox and Dayne Fletcher.
