Introducing our U13 Boys Rugby League Team, who will take on Westfields Sports High School in the Schoolboy Cup Grand Final this Wednesday!

We are extremely proud of how this team represents our school community, both on and off the field. Reaching the Grand Final is an incredible achievement and a reflection of the hard work, commitment and teamwork.

🎶📚 Book Week 2026 at EVSHS! 📚🎶

Our staff were absolutely in tune with this year’s Symphony of Stories theme, with plenty of creativity, colour and bookish fun on display! Our students also joined the celebration, dressing up as their favourite characters and bringing the magic of stories to life. ✨📖

Thanks to our wonderful EVSHS community, our gold coin dress-up donations raised an incredible $180 for Macarthur Kids Health Foundation. 💛

🏉 TSP Rugby League Round 7 | Fullwood Reserve 🏉

Our U13, U14 and U15 Boys had a tough day in the office in Round 7 of the TSP Rugby League competition, taking on Matraville Sports High at Fullwood Reserve.

While the results didn’t go our way, our boys showed great teamwork, determination, skill and resilience throughout the day. Every game provides valuable opportunities to learn, develop and grow, and our students can be proud of the way they represented our school. 💙

📊 Round 7 Results

🏉 U13 Boys: 10–12, with Hunter M representing the team.
🏉 U14 Boys: 4–34, with Ajay M putting in a strong effort.
🏉 U15 Boys: 6–16, with Jakson S representing the team with pride.
Although the scoreboard wasn’t in our favour, the commitment and effort shown by our players are important building blocks as we continue to grow and strengthen our Rugby League program.

🔨 Building Towards 2027

With the 2026 TSP competition continuing to provide valuable experience for our players, we now focus on developing our foundations — building skills, improving teamwork, strengthening our game awareness and creating a strong pathway for the 2027 season.

🌟 Week 8 – U14 Girls

Our U14 Girls Rugby League team will take on Matraville in Week 8. We wish our girls all the best as they take the field and proudly represent our school. 💪🏉

A special thank you to the Campbelltown City Kangaroos Rugby League Seniors for their fantastic support on the day. The team generously provided a BBQ and helped set up the field, making a valuable contribution to the day and supporting our students.

We are incredibly grateful for the support of our local Rugby League community. Partnerships like this help create positive opportunities for our students and strengthen the connection between our school and community. 👏

🏐🥇 SHAHANNAH IS A PREMIER! 🏆❤️

A huge congratulations to Shahannah T (9) on an incredible achievement with the Westside Volleyball Club! 👏🎉

Following tryouts in May, Shahannah was selected to represent Westside in both the Under 17 Girls Division 2 and Under 19 Girls Division 1 teams – an outstanding accomplishment! 🏐✨

After months of competition in the 2026 Youth Volleyball League at Sydney Olympic Park, the Westside Under 19 Girls Division 1 team battled their way to the Grand Final on 21 August… and came away with the GOLD! 🥇🏆

We are incredibly proud of Shahannah, who was the only player representing Eagle Vale High School on her team.

🌟 Congratulations, Shahannah! What an amazing season and what a fantastic achievement to finish as Premiers! ❤️🏐

🌟 A reminder that tomorrow, Tuesday 25 August, is our Book Week Dress Up Day!

Staff and students are invited to dress up as their favourite book character and bring the magic of stories to life! 📖✨

🎶 This year’s theme is “Symphony of Stories” – celebrating the wonderful characters, adventures and worlds that books create.

💛 A gold coin donation is encouraged, with all donations going to the Kids of Macarthur Health Foundation.

⚽ U14 Football Development Game – Kanahooka High School
What a fantastic day for our U14 Football teams against Kanahooka High School! 🔥⚽

Both our boys and girls teams delivered outstanding performances, showing excellent teamwork, intensity, discipline and commitment from start to finish.

👏 Boys – 5-0 Win
A dominant performance from the boys, who controlled the game and showcased some excellent attacking football while keeping a clean sheet. Their teamwork, movement and defensive effort were outstanding.

👏 Girls – 7-0 Win
The girls were equally impressive, producing a fantastic attacking display and a strong defensive performance to secure a convincing 7-0 victory. A brilliant team effort from beginning to end!

Both matches provided a great opportunity for our players to continue developing their skills, building confidence and putting their hard work into practice. Most importantly, our students represented Eagle Vale Sports High School with pride, sportsmanship and a fantastic attitude. 💙⚽
