Thank you so much Dawul Remote Community School 2025. On behalf of Detta Murphy Kelly Mauger, Hunter Murphy June Hewson and Mich Elle we’ve learned as much as we taught, your children, home and community have become part of our hearts. We’ve had wonderful adventures and through our connection with the special people and heart stoppingly beautiful country we’ve all been blessed with life memories to treasure and hold dear. Truly, in Woolah Community the values of Big Heart, Strong Mind, Bright Future are everywhere. This post is from me Liz Smith and I can’t wait for our paths to cross again. With their big hearts and strong minds our Junior Class are ready for their bright futures … perhaps with Wyndham Police! We went up to Five Rivers Lookout first, the views from the top were worth the drive. Our friends on the Western Australia Police Force made us so welcome and safe knowing they are around. We learnt about their uniforms and all the cool stuff on their belts, how the police station works, a look in the cells and police car then the star of the show was collected and we greeted our friend Kevin! After that it was a surprise icecream treat before we headed back to school.

Whilst our graduating Y6 students were away we had fun keeping up with our learning in the morning then making snowflakes and a mango cheesecake 😋

What a day! Started off with heavy rain 🌧️ but luckily that passed before our wonderful party. Faces painted, games played, prizes won, little friends loved our magical school bus, yummy food was eaten and presents received. Can you believe it, Santa even popped in to say hi riding in the front of a minesite ute! Thank you Mr Shane, Steph and all the staff and sponsors. We loved it! 🎁 🎅 🎄

Congratulations Dawul Remote Community School 2025 students for your wonderful assembly and with our big hearts, strong minds and bright futures EVERYONE won a prize. Our BBQ lunch was delicious and good vibes were all around. Thanks everyone for coming, it means the world to the kids.

❄️ ⛄️ 🎅 🎄 Aboriginal Kindilink - Pre-Kindy Program was Christmased today thanks to the Junior class at Dawul Remote Community School 2025 trees, reindeer faces and practsing our games. Now that our ‘Sweet baby Grace’ is walking and really noticing her environment, we’re working on her ‘notice, nudge, narrate’ skills. The cutest thing was her re-enacting having her foot painted on one of the baby dolls 🥰 thanks for the photos Rose Jean Lukbarria ❤️ ❄️ ⛄️ 🎅 🎄
