Cultural plant use garden created for Artemis childcare centre and a garden guide with how to use the plants in cooking and much more. We planted the garden with the preschool children.

Marangaal (Red gum), Ganayirra (peppermint gum) and native river mint chest rub balms. Majority are samples for upcoming online workshops. A few full sized tubs. This was a long, cool brew extraction balm. 8 weeks for max strength. Good for colds, coughs, sinus issues, headaches even joint pain.

Daught has been bit self conscious lately as she has started getting her first few pimples. I told her I would show her the medicine to make a cream for her. She learned whole process today, identify and pick and thank the medicine that's growing for her, boil cool and then making into the cream base. Teaching the next gen. herbal

Great few days in collaboration with Upper Shoalhaven Landcare
Great week down in Mongarlowe running workshops in collaboration with Upper Shoalhaven Landcare. Home school groups, Braidwood high school and preschool, landcare coordinators and volunteers. We finish up with a jam packed day tomorrow with St Bedes primary school. Beautiful time out on beautiful country sharing
