Functional - Fit - Healthy In my profession my goal is all about offering many variations of classes to all levels of fitness.

The clients have a choice of levels such as beginners, intermediates or advanced in varying styles of exercise. The classes offer an extensive range of exercises performed with bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, footballs and steps. It challenges the body in aerobic, anaerobic, strength, balance and flexibility systems in the body.

WHAT A CELEBRATION!!!

It has been a long time coming but at last we were able to celebrate Ash and Andy’s engagement with their friends. It went off with a bang and an incredible time was had by all.

Ash and Andy are both incredible humans but together they are loved by all those closest to them. Everyone treasures them for always being the life of the party but more so for being the best friends you could have.

It was an honour to share your special day with you and your friends. It was an absolute bobby dazzler and a great time was had by all.

We love you both and all you bring to our family. Can’t wait for your magical wedding day. It will be here before you know it.

ITS A BOBBY DAZZLER AND WILL FIRE UP YOUR CARDIO

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Always make sure you warm up and cool down

ROUND 1
Boxing - jab cross for 45 seconds
Swap with partner and repeat
If you want to make it harder you can do Round 1 twice

ROUND 2
One person runs 200m
While the other person
Skips for the time it takes to run the 200m or rides 200m
Then swap with your partner and repeat

Repeat rounds 1 and 2 x 3 times

ROUND 3
Boxing - upper cuts for 45 seconds
Swap with partner and repeat
If you want to make it harder you can repeat Round 3 twice

ROUND 4
One person runs 200m
While the other person
Skips for the time it takes to run the 200m or rides 200m
Then swap with your partner and repeat

Repeat Rounds 3 and 4 x 3 times

ROUND 5
