I was so happy today.

A patient said something to me along the lines of “I don’t feel that much better, but I feel so much more confident”.

As a therapist, our most important role is to guide people to a place where they are able to manage and heal their own injury.

We should build confidence, provide education, and ultimately allow our patients to be able to self manage their health.
