Our service is privately owned and operated, and has supported children and families for the last 23 years. We are seeking passionate and professional educators to join our Bush Kindy-inspired early learning service.
We are looking for lunch cover and multi-age educators. Full-time and Part-time positions available with flexible hours for the right person
Our centre provides a culturally safe, inclusive, and nature-focused environment where children are encouraged to explore, connect with their community, and learn through play-based experiences. Our service is committed to Child Safety and has a zero-tolerance for child abuse.
About the Role:
We are looking for flexible educators to support our service across multiple age groups, working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing lunch cover support across rooms
Supporting the delivery of high-quality educational programs
Assisting with outdoor yard care and presentation
Facilitating nature-based learning experiences
Supporting minor maintenance tasks as required
Encouraging hands-on, creative, and outdoor learning experiences
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Be willing to obtain, or currently hold, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Hold a current Working with Children Check
Have completed Mandatory Child Safety Training and Child Protection Training
Hold current First Aid and CPR certification
Hold a Food Safety Certificate
Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
Be proactive, creative, and passionate about nature-based learning
Be willing to undergo a police check
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in groundskeeping, outdoor maintenance, or similar practical skills will be highly regarded.
Experience working across multiple age groups within an early childhood setting is advantageous.
