Psychosocial risk management is no longer something businesses can treat as a generic wellbeing exercise.

Employers need to identify psychosocial hazards, assess the risks they create, implement effective controls, consult with workers, and monitor whether those controls are actually working.

Our Psychosocial Risk Management course is designed to help leaders, supervisors, HR, WHS professionals and managers understand how to apply psychosocial risk management in practice.
