When life gives you rainy days, remember to jump in the puddles !

It’s amazing how fast our fruit/herb/ vegetables grow with a little rain water. We have been working on the winter garden for a few weeks now, but along comes the rain and they have truly taken off. Between the quality rain and the top notch garden skills of our children and staff - these vege’s are set for success.

20 years is such an Achievement!

Thank you Casey for being the kind, caring and supportive Educator you are to all the children, families and team around you.
That’s a lot of years of questions, songs, books, nappies, hugs and witnessing children’s milestones.

SHOW ENTRY!
Our Toddler room has been hard at work preparing an entry for the Dubbo Show this weekend. They’ve proudly submitted their handmade “Emu” in the Junior Handicraft – Australian Animal category. The children put so much effort and creativity into their masterpiece, and we think it looks fantastic.
If you’re wandering through the pavilions, please take a moment to look out for our toddler entry and celebrate their wonderful achievement.

This experience strengthened the children's sense of identity and belonging (Outcome 1), connects them with their local community (Outcome 2), and supports wellbeing and confidence as learners (Outcomes 3 & 4). Through conversations and artistic expression, they communicated their ideas and worked collaboratively (Outcome 5).

Thank you all so much for your beautiful words, support, and kindness this week as I celebrate 20 years with Goodstart (plus a couple more in the industry).
It has truly been a rewarding journey filled with learning, laughter, professional and personal growth, as well as so many special moments which I cherish.

I’m incredibly grateful to have a role where i have been able to work alongside so many wonderful families, children, Educators and support staff.

A big thank you to our State Manager Melinda for visiting today and delivering a beautiful bunch of flowers, 20yr plaque, badge and certificate, as well as Casey, who has been a little sneaky arranging morning tea’s and messages behind the scenes!
