You can teach a child to write better everyday.
But.
If you do not address their grammar early on it can all come tumbling down.

Hence why I chose to design a back to basics English grammar workshop after I realized that a high percentage of school kids are STILL lacking in their grammar skills.

Are you concerned about your child lagging behind in writing?

I'm someone who started reading at the age of 5 and fell in love with the English language

More than two decades later I've been teaching others the perks of writing efficiently in English

Today I find myself taking it a step further - applying my knowledge and emotional intelligence developed from years of tutoring to creating a unique Writing Bootcamp

A place where schoolkids interact, have fun and start to view writing as something to enjoy :)

Research from Australian schools shows that over the past decade kids struggle even more in expressing themselves on paper, than any other form of communication.

My Bootcamp covers Persuasive and Narrative writing styles in detail, with personalized feedback given to each student

At 5 years old, books were my first love.

Stories that captured my heart and my head, that took me to a whole new universe helped me appreciate writing.

So it was only appropriate that I share my love of the English Language with the young ones.

This week I'm hosting my last round of free writing workshops.

They're based on the Australian Curriculum for Year 5's to Year 10's.

If you know a kid who could use the extra help (along with some fun activities), let them know where to sign up (form below)

It sure did for me!
Why?
1. Appealed to my emotions by highlighting that sharing a coke means sharing my life's achievements
2. Bold colours and graphics
3. Thirst trap!

Tonight I'm hosting a workshop on how to write persuasively for Year 9 and Year 10 students!
Tomorrow we have a big cohort of Year 5 and Year , ready to learn how to convince their parents to let them get a puppy ;)

As a parent in the past year, have you desired to help your child only to be met with stone-cold silence OR cries of "I'm fine!" .. ?

You know they aren't fine, they know they aren't fine and so does their teacher.

Not all is lost however.
From experience, to students react better to adults outside of their everyday circles.
Even better?
If that person can guide them without disciplining them.

My goal is to assist as many youth as possible to become confident and engaging young adults

With the advent of Covid-19 and , Australian students are increasingly retreating into their shells.

This is something that we address at , by mentoring and teaching side by side.

The way we see it, our future lies in their generations.
