Hello everyone, I'm Di McLeish. I reside in Drouin, Victoria. I am a middle aged local lady who has lived in Drouin my entire life.
I have a background in childcare & disability.
I finished my bachelor of Primary Education as a mature aged student in my young 30's.
I created this page initially to promote my favourite picture books and to share a few activities that I enjoyed facilitating when I was employed as a Relief Primary School Teacher at numerous Primary schools.
I have decided to give this page a new lease of life and have deleted older posts in order to further update it.
I would like to offer my services as a tutor in my local area. I have offered primary school tutoring in the past.
Literacy is probably my passion but I am capable to teach primary maths etc.
I posses a very gentle, patient & emphatic personality. I have a cheerful, approachable disposition which people tend to warm to.
I always focus upon children's interests and adapt my teaching to their individual learning styles, abilities etc
