A 14-year-old Melbourne girl who was facing 109 charges for an alleged spree of incidents, including alleged antisemitic attacks, has had all charges dropped.
Despite being denied bail in April, police today withdrew all charges after the prosecution could not reach the legal threshold that the teen was capable of committing a criminal offence, due to her age.
Victoria Police insisted the concerns of the Jewish community were still being taken into account despite the withdrawal of the charges.
