I've recently relocated to the area and am excited to start classes with you! I've been a Zumba instructor for 10years, with Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold (over 50s), Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Toning, and Zumba Kids training. I am also a qualified dance teaching, currently completing my Cert IV in Dance Teaching and Management to formalise my existing qualifications. I have danced all my life from the

age of 4....it is my lifelong passion without a doubt! I completed my Zumba Basic training not long after it was introduced into Australia 10 years ago. I felt it complemented my skills and ticked all the boxes when I was looking to add a fun fitness-based program to my offerings. You do not need to be able to dance to join a Zumba class! Leave your reservations at the door....get caught up in the music and the chance to have some YOU TIME....and you will leave with a huge smile on your face.....and lots of calories burnt!!

Balance and Grace 👑

Did you know Zumba Gold isn't all about aerobic exercise? We dance. To different rhythms, different tempos, for different reasons. Some intentional and some just for fun, but always with so many benefits layered underneath. Balance, Coordination, Rhythm, Spatial Awareness, Proprioception, Social Connection just to name a few.

I wanted to showcase these photos as they capture so many beautiful movements as the ladies move to the music at a slower more flowing pace in one of our favourite sequences 😍
