A HUGE congratulations to Anjelica Miller who achieved an incredible 3rd place at the National Cross Country Championships!

💜💛On Sunday our GROW and PRIDE girls took part in the Walk for WAGEC where students raised funds and participated in a 5km walk that calls for an end to domestic violence. This was an opportunity for the girls to demonstrate their activism skills and stand with thousands of others who say enough is enough. We are really proud of how our girls represented the school and can't wait for more opportunities like this in the future! 💛💜

Our students are raising awareness about the impact of urban heat on the Doonside community. Come down, have your say, and work with our team and Blacktown City Council to help make Doonside a cooler, safer and better place for everyone!

⚽️ 2026 Futsal NSW Secondary Schools Inclusion Championships 🏆🥇

Last Friday, our Support Unit students proudly represented Doonside Technology High School in the AWD Division at the Futsal NSW Secondary Schools Championships, competing against Support Units from across Sydney.

After a fantastic day of competition, our team progressed through to the Grand Final, where they once again faced our friends from Chifley College Bidwill Campus.

The final was an absolute thriller! With the scores locked at 2–2 and only one minute remaining, both teams were battling hard for the championship. Then, with just 30 seconds left on the clock, our students found the winning goal and held on to secure an incredible 3–2 victory, becoming 2026 State Champions in the Inclusion Competition! 🏆🥇

While winning the championship was an outstanding achievement, we were equally proud of the way our students conducted themselves throughout the entire day. They demonstrated tremendous teamwork, resilience, sportsmanship and school pride, representing Doonside Technology High School exceptionally well in every game.

👏 Congratulations to all of our students on a well-deserved championship and a fantastic day of futsal!
