Springtime is finally here but as we look forward to sunny skies and warmer weather it's vital we all be mindful that the risk of cold and flu still remains.

You can help protect yourself from getting sick
Here are five simple things you can do to help protect you and your family from colds and flu.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and regularly with warm soap and water.
