Certificate Presentation - Lachlan Murray

Today we’re celebrating Lachlan Murray who has successfully completed his ICT30120 – Certificate III in Information Technology traineeship through gforce employment + recruitment, hosted at Barwon Water

Lachlan faced some early challenges in his traineeship journey but showed great resilience and commitment, finishing on a high note.
Thanks to his hard work and determination he has now been given the opportunity to continue his learning and has recently commenced a further traineeship in ICT40120 – Certificate IV in Information Technology, once again with G-force and hosted to Barwon Water.

We would like to congratulate Robert Lambrineas who has recently completed BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business traineeship through gforce employment + recruitment and hosted to Deakin University

Robert lives with Autism Spectrum Disorder and sometimes struggles with anxiety. This can at times create challenges for him however he implemented a range of strategies to manage his anxiety and by doing so, he not only fulfilled his work duties effectively but also successfully completed his coursework.

When we asked Robert for advice for anyone considering a traineeship, he said, "Remember that you do not have to go through it alone, and it’s okay to ask for help and support when needed. When someone opens the door for you, you must be the one willing to take the first step through it and take what’s available inside that door.”

Well done again, Robert! We wish you every success in your future career endeavors and congratulate you on gaining an ongoing position with Deakin University.

Congratulations to Akbarr (Don) Akbarr who has recently completed a ICT30120 - Certificate III in Information Technology traineeship with Victorian Group Training (VGT) while hosted to Department of Families, Fairness and Housing - VIC (DFFH)

Don was new to IT and throughout his traineeship he immersed himself in all aspects of his role / course and was always keen to learn as much as possible.

His perseverance paid off and Don will now continue his learning journey by completing a ICT40120 - Certificate IV in Information Technology traineeship with VGT and again hosted to DFFH.

Well done again Don, we look forward to continuing your learning and watching you continue to grow within the Information Technology field.

Since partnering with IBC, we've inducted in trainees in , and the to work with our customers in government, education and transport sectors. This diversity of experience gives trainees fantastic experience and knowledge early in their career, empowering them to continue to map their career ahead.
