What should I call my bike? 🏍️🥂

So many people have names for their motorcycles, and I’ve never really bothered… but now I’m starting to feel a little left out 😂

I recently had my Honda CB1000R painted this gorgeous ch*****ne colour, so I’m thinking that might be the perfect inspiration for her name.

Something classy? Something cheeky? Something a little bit glamorous?

Help me out — what should I call her?

What’s in my training? 🏍️

I like to go back to basics — the fundamental skills that make riding feel safer, smoother and more confident.

✨ Slow riding
✨ Getting in and out of driveways
✨ Cornering
✨ Emergency braking

Because confidence doesn’t come from riding faster.
It comes from feeling in control of your motorcycle.

Calm coaching. Real road skills.

Therapy is expensive. Wind is free. 🏍️💨

Sometimes the best medicine isn't four walls and a couch... it's two wheels, an open road, and the wind reminding you to breathe.

Ride safe. Ride smart. And never underestimate what a motorcycle ride can do for the soul.

💛 Less panic. More riding.

Confession time...
It's was 6°C this morning and even this motorcycle instructor has her limits! 🥶

The car gets me to Canberra, then I jump on the bike from my daughter's place and head off to teach my students.

A little less freezing, a lot more enjoyable. 😄🏍️

Watch what happens. Proof that nobody gets it right all the time.

Even with years of riding and coaching experience, I managed to crash the simulator!

Riding isn't about perfection. It's about developing skills, building confidence, and learning how to recover when things don't go to plan.

Every rider drops a cone, stalls a bike, misses a gear, or makes a mistake at some point.

The riders who improve are the ones who keep showing up.

Progress over perfection. Every single time.
