Today it was our year 7 netball and basketball athletes who hit the kitchen to cook with Game Day nutrition, focusing on pre and post game and training snacks. The made a pre/post game smoothy, easy banana pikelets and yoghurt, granola and fruit parfait. Lots of fun was had be all.

Congratulations to all of our Netball Academy students who competed at the Netball Victoria State Championships!

Facing some incredibly tough competition, our girls showed outstanding determination, teamwork and resilience throughout the tournament, coming away with some fantastic wins.

A special congratulations to our Year 8 team, who finished equal top of their pool—an outstanding achievement! We are so proud of the effort, sportsmanship and commitment shown by all of our players. Well done, girls!
