💌 Little Mail makers 💌
Our little learners are becoming mail makers! 📮This experience began when the children became curious about why we write letters and we spoke about how letters were used as an important form of communication in the past.
This led to them writing a letter to Liam in Mini-Minors, asking him questions & writing kind messages. After folding the letter and sending it to Liam, the children were excited to write more! The children started writing more letters for other teachers at Smartie Pants, and posting them in the letterbox for them to find.
* “Your my favourite teacher”
* “I think your a good teacher and I miss you”
* “I like your shoes”
* “When is your break, I want to see you soon”
* “I wanted to let you know you sing very well”
* “What are you having for dinner?”
* And a group of children wrote David the chef a very long list of new meals ideas.
