Hi all🙂 I'm thinking it is high time for an update on my page!

2025 was a fabulous year with a very successful examination season, excellent eisteddfod performances and results and culminating in a wonderful end of year concert.

I'm so very proud of my dedicated, talented group of students. So much hard work and many more new skills learnt throughout the year. Indeed, we made some beautiful music in 2025!

I have limited availability for this year, feel free to give me a call or msg if you'd like to learn some piano, develop some valuable musical skills and techniques or simply learn to make music simply for the joy it brings!

Very happy musicians! A large contingent of students from Tasmania's North-West Coast participated in the SCSM Examinations throughout November and December. Pictured are Margerita Han and Bianca Li who received Distinction and Higher Distinction results respectively for their Beginner Grade piano examination. Both students are taught by Don-based teacher, Glorianne Murray.

Well, another year is done! 2021 has been a marvelous year with lots of talented, budding pianists learning and developing their skills.
We wrapped up with a wonderful concert - so very proud of each and every student who performed.
Thanks so much to families and friends who came along and for all your support throughout the year.
I love that I get the opportunity to teach such a beautiful, amazing group of super keen students. See you all in 2022!!!

Well, Term 3 is about to begin and I'm chuffed to say that my little studio is growing!
I will be adding another teaching day into my schedule this term so now have more availability for lessons 🎼

Well, Term 2 is underway and I am loving how my awesome group of students are learning, developing new skills, growing as musicians and making beautiful music! So proud of each and every one👏

Thought for the day -
A love for music cannot be taught - it is inborn🎶
However, learning to express emotions and feelings through music can! 🎵

Music can help a child (or adult!) 'hear' what certain feeling sound like. So, it follows that it helps to get in touch with whatever feelings may be going on whether they be happy, sad, excited, angry, hurt. And being in touch with these feelings will help in dealing with them rather than exploding or bottling them up!

I love that I get to help impart this to so many!
