Positive Birth Space

It’s 3 weeks today until the 2026 expo 🤩

For the 4th year in a row, the North West Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Expo is coming to the coast with both returning and new stall holders. This year we are also at a beautiful new venue, the Ulverstone Surf Club.

As always, this is a FREE event for all members of the public to acquire knowledge in the pregnancy, birth and postpartum space and to showcase some of the amazing community of experts we have in this field.

There will be a random draw at 3pm with some fantastic prizes as well as free gift bags *for the first 50 people who attend. Everyone is welcome! I hope to see you there next month 🤍

The expo is on Saturday 14th March from 2pm until 4pm at the paranaple Convention Centre in Devonport 💫

This year is looking to be a pretty packed one for me personally, which means a little less flexibility for Hypnobirthing class dates. My March/April group has 2 spots left. Contact me to secure one of them ✨

On Sunday, we had our last class of the year and what a beautiful, emotional class it was. Special times ahead for these 4 (soon to be 6) 🥰

The last couple of crazy months have had me slack at posting. Back in October, Lara and John welcomed their baby girl, Xanthe, after finishing their Positive Birth Program classes just a couple of weeks earlier. Welcome to the world little one 💖

Over the past month, I’ve had the pleasure of working with these two lovely humans; helping them prepare to meet this baby boy next year. One loved little bubba on the way 🤍

As my clients would know, I am very passionate about the importance of preparing for not only birth, but the early postpartum period too. The wonderful Hala from is running a guided workshop next month, focusing on preparing for the fourth trimester through mindfulness based practices. Head to the link in her bio to register 🤍

Lara and John have BOTH done so much work to prepare for their baby’s birth; reading lots of books, listening to podcasts, doing a Hypnobirthing course and practicing their skills. They have set themselves up so well for a positive birth with support, knowledge and tools and I’m so excited for them to meet their baby so soon ✨
