“Clear Perception “ is the aim and outcome of ongoing yoga practice . But what IS clear perception ?
Claude Monet , the founder of the Impressionist Art movement once said “ To truly see , we must forget the name of the thing we are looking at “
Yoga would totally agree with this statement . Yoga , at its core , is the process of deconstructing the Me and the It , which is a “materialist “ perspective , and which is about separation rather than inclusion .
This perspective has been proved by the new sciences of mind and matter to be way past its “use by date !”
After 50 some years of yoga practice with masters such as Swami Yogeshwaranda , TK Desikachar , J Krishnamurti , BKS Iyengar , Alan Wallace and Gert Van Leewin , I feel I can help you to broaden your yoga perspective , and take it beyond asana .
This 2 day immersion will take place at the Beacon Yoga Centre , next weekend .
