The guys got some more medals at AJJC today. Well done to the other students that competed as well but didnt place, you turned up where others wouldnt!

Open mat session done with Tenacity Team 💪

Big session on the Tenacity jiu jitsu and Barbarian mats tonight.

The last night we have Shan training and coaching with us as he is moving. A huge thank you from the Tenacity team for all of your knowledge and experience shown to our club.
