This is a great activity to get kids involved in household chores and to make it fun!
Use tape to make a square on the floor and give the children a small broom or brush. Then show them how to get pompoms into the box. Pompoms can be substituted with anything else, for example, pieces of paper.
They will be sweeping the whole house in no time!

A Dramatic play setup is a place where children can go to pretend, imagine, and be creative.
They can pretend to be anyone and do anything! It is a place that promotes high-level thinking, problem solving, turn taking, and great for teaching vocabulary.
Children can learn and develop skills in language, literacy, math, science, fine motor, gross motor, and social skills all through pretend play!

We are moving , Deanne and myself are moving back to Ballarat Central . Nothing will change , you will still get a totally dedicated family day care house shared by Deanne & myself . We will also be changing our name to reflect our new business premises - Doveton street Family Day Care .
Both Deanne and myself look forward to our new house and environment at the end of March 2023.
Fully renovated premises that has air conditioning & heating in every room for the children’s comfort especially here in Ballarat , that we can experience 4 sessions in one day 😀
