On Monday, Dee Why Public School celebrated Book Week with a wonderful day filled with stories, imagination and a love of reading!

Our students and staff embraced the theme “Symphony of Stories”, celebrating the magic of books and the incredible worlds they take us to. It was fantastic to see so many creative costumes, big smiles and a whole lot of book-inspired fun throughout the school!

A huge thank you to Mrs Clark for organising such a special event and we also extend our thanks to all of our wonderful teachers who pitched in, dressed up and helped make the day so memorable for our students.

YEAR 6 RAFFLE – DEE WHY PUBLIC SCHOOL

Our Year 6 students are raising money for their End of Year Dinner, helping them celebrate the end of their primary school journey.

And there’s more… any funds raised beyond the cost of the dinner will be donated by the Year 6 cohort to the P&C’s air-conditioning project, helping create a cooler school for future students.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our incredibly generous families, businesses and community members who donated prizes. Thanks to your support, we have an amazing $7,101 prize pool!

Stage 3 Camp: A great last day in Canberra visiting old Parliament House, AEC and Questacon!
