🌟 National Child Protection Week Breakfast🌟

This week some of our young people had the privilege of attending the National Child Protection Week Breakfast.

We are incredibly proud of our young people who attended the event. They represented our school with confidence, respect and maturity, demonstrating the strength and potential that exists within every young person.

A big thank you to Puddle Jumpers Incorporated for hosting such an inspiring event and for continuing to champion the voices of children and young people. It really does 'Take a village'. 💙

Tomorrow afternoon, we will be hosting our First Nations Afternoon Tea, and we would love to see our local First Nations families, Elders and community members there. 🖤💛❤️

This gathering is about more than sharing a cuppa. It's an opportunity to yarn, connect and help shape the future of our school community together. Your knowledge, experiences, stories and perspectives are invaluable in helping us create spaces, programs and partnerships that truly reflect and celebrate culture.

🌟 A Memorable Visit to Government House 🌟

Recently, a group of our young people from our Ice Factor SA team had the incredible opportunity to attend a special event at Government House and meet Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson Governor of South Australia.

From the moment they arrived, they embraced the experience with enthusiasm, maturity, and respect, representing our school community with pride. It was wonderful to see them step outside their comfort zones, engage with confidence, and make the most of this unique opportunity.

👏 A special congratulations to Connor S, who took on the important role of helping to present the student address. Connor did an outstanding job, speaking with confidence and representing his peers exceptionally well.

We are extremely proud of all who attended. Their positive attitudes, respectful conduct, and willingness to embrace new experiences made this a successful and memorable occasion.

💙 Well done to everyone involved. You were outstanding ambassadors for our school!
