This morning, Miss Stavroula spotted a beautiful rainbow lorikeet in our yard who needed a little bit of extra help 🌈🦜
The children were fascinated by the colourful creature, who was kindly taken over to the vet by one of our wonderful veterinarian mums.
It was a great opportunity for the children to learn how to care and show compassion for our native wildlife in a real-life situation! 👩⚕️💚

Today we gathered together to take part in National Simultaneous Storytime 📚✨
This special event celebrates literacy, imagination and connection through the shared joy of reading together.
This year’s featured book, Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller, tells the story of Luna, a rookie captain who learns to quiet her self-doubt, believe in her abilities and trust the support of her team mates ⚽️🦘
Through stories like this, children are encouraged to build confidence, resilience and a love for reading 💛

The children in our Toddler’s room have been busy getting their hands dirty and growing their gardening skills 🪴
Last week, they planted cucumber, tomato and rocket seeds and today, they were so excited to discover their very first sprouts!
Gardening gives children the opportunity to connect with nature, learn how food grows, and develop a sense of care and responsibility for the world around them 🌱🌏
