94% of philanthropic funding goes to the largest 10% of NFPs, so early-stage, innovative organisations are too often overlooked. 10×10 is working to change that.
10×10 Darwin is where three high-potential NFPs pitch live for the backing of those in attendance to help rech their goals. Each has been scouted, vetted and prepped by the 10xer Program volunteers, the most promising early-stage NFPs in the Territory, taking on some of our most complex social challenges.
It’s all culminates on Thursday 15 October for a shark-tank-style pitch night. All three make their case, attendees put the donation where they believe it’ll go furthest, and leave having met great people and made a real difference together.

Attendees may also amplify their impact through collective giving
By Donating $100 into the pool and voting on the night for the NFP they want to back, everyone in the room gives, and collectively the make a difference for early-stage NFPs.
How it works:
Receive two $50 tokens on arrival in return for your $100 donation
Listen to 3 innovative NFPs pitch for 5 minutes each
Unpack the business model with questions from the Sharks and audience
Vote for your preferred organisation with your two $50 tokens
Hear the final funding results and the collective impact you’ve made
The pool is split by the voting of those in the room. Any additional funds raised are split evenly.

Prizes and experiences up for grabs through the raffle and auction
Paspalis Capital in association with Darwin Innovation Hub has provided a further $50 per attendee to contribute to their chosen Not For Profit to a total of $5,000 to increase the funding pool by a further 50%.
